Terms and Conditions for Quit Plastic Non-Exclusive Dine-In Dealership (₹3 Lakhs Investment)

 

1. Non-Exclusivity

 

You are granted the right to sell Quit Plastic dine-in products within your designated territory.Other dealers may also be appointed in the same territory, and you agree to fair competition and not engage in practices detrimental to Quit Plastic's brand or other dealers.Selling outside your designated territory or venturing into takeaway products without our written consent is prohibited.

 

2. Investment & Payment

 

₹3 lakhs investment is required for this non-exclusive dine-in dealership.Payment terms are detailed in a separate agreement and must be adhered to.The investment is non-refundable except in cases where Quit Plastic fails to fulfill its obligations under this agreement.

 

3. Products & Pricing

 

You will have access to our range of dine-in products as outlined in our product catalog.We reserve the right to update the product catalog and pricing with reasonable prior notice.You are obligated to adhere to our recommended retail prices or any specific pricing agreements we establish.

 

4. Minimum Purchases

 

A minimum monthly purchase volume of [Specify Amount] is required to maintain your dealership status.Failure to meet this minimum for three consecutive months may result in termination of the dealership or imposition of penalties, at the discretion of Quit Plastic.

 

5. Marketing & Branding

 

You are expected to actively promote Quit Plastic dine-in products within your territory using appropriate marketing and sales strategies.We will provide marketing materials, branding guidelines, and support to assist your efforts.You must strictly adhere to our branding guidelines and ensure accurate representation of the Quit Plastic brand at all times.

 

6. Inventory

 

Maintain sufficient inventory levels of dine-in products to meet customer demand within your territory, avoiding both overstocking and stockouts.We reserve the right to conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure compliance with this agreement.Ensure proper storage and handling of products to maintain their quality and hygiene.

 

7. Performance & Reporting

 

You will strive to achieve mutually agreed-upon sales targets for dine-in products within your territory.Submit regular sales reports and inventory updates as requested by Quit Plastic, facilitating performance monitoring and business planning.We will periodically review your performance and provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.

8. Termination

 

This agreement can be terminated by either party with written notice, adhering to the specified notice period outlined in the full agreement.Termination may occur due to breach of contract, consistent failure to meet performance targets, insolvency, or other reasons specified in the full agreement.Upon termination, you must cease all sales and marketing activities related to Quit Plastic products and return any remaining inventory or marketing materials.

 

9. Confidentiality

 

You acknowledge that during the course of this agreement, you may have access to Quit Plastic's confidential information.You agree to keep all such confidential information strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from Quit Plastic.This confidentiality obligation will remain in effect even after the termination of this agreement.

 

10. Governing Law

 

This agreement is governed by the laws of India.Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
